Bridge To Terabithia Movie Trailers and Information

Overview

This movie surprised me a little. I was expecting something along the lines of The Chronicles of Narnia, but this movie is more about the blurring of the line between fact and fiction as opposed to an outright fantasy. The world of Terabithia is something only in the minds of young Jesse and Leslie as a way to overcome their real-life problems, but that doesn't stop it from becomming real to them.

I've never read the book it was based on but I really enjoyed Bridge To Terabithia. The cast are mostly excellent (including Josh Hutchinson, AnnaSophia Robb - Click here and see if you agree with me that AnnaSophia Robb looks very much like a young Keirra Knightly (Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End) - and little Bailee Madison. Of the adults, Robert Patrick and Zooey Deschanel (Failure To Launch) stand out. Overall a very enjoyable film with only a few small things stopping it from being a brilliant one. As the tagline says, "Close your eyes - but keep your mind wide open."
